This site has two forms. Everything below describes exactly what happens when you use one. If anything here is unclear, call or text me at 612‑440‑4673 and ask.
The general enquiry form asks for your name, email address, whether you’re buying or selling, and your rough timeline. Phone number is optional. If you say you’re selling, it also asks for the property address so I can look it up before we speak.
The Homes for Heroes form asks for your name, email address, which service category you fall into, and your rough timeline.
Both forms also record which link brought you here, so I know which of my own channels is working. That’s a channel name, not anything about you.
That’s the whole list. It goes to me, and to Google, whose systems host my email and spreadsheets.
If we end up working together, your information becomes part of the transaction record and is kept as long as Minnesota real estate rules require. If we don’t, I keep it while it’s plausibly useful and remove it on request.
Email Michael@MichaelAffeldt.com or text 612‑440‑4673 and ask me to delete your information. I’ll do it and confirm. You don’t need to give a reason.
This site is served by Cloudflare Pages, which handles the request logs any web host keeps. The video and images are served from the same place. There is no login and no account.
Hero Rewards is provided through the Homes for Heroes program. I offer the program; I am not an employee or affiliate of it. Figures shown on this site are estimates, not quotes. The program sets its own terms, and I’ll walk you through the current ones before you commit to anything.
